'Welcome to West Norfolk' Information Pack

The 'Welcome to West Norfolk' pack contains information from 53 organisations including details about receiving benefits, legal obligations when you own a vehicle, local doctor's surgeries, community groups, children’s services and much more. The pack is produced in six different languages: English; European Portuguese; Russian; Lithuanian; Polish and Latvian.

All information will soon be available in an audio format, making it more accessible than ever before. The ground-breaking audio version will be available to download onto MP3 players and other portable media as a source of information for both residents and front line workers needing to sign-post people to other service providers. Sample versions of this are already available and the full audio version will be available to download as soon as possible.

The hardcopy pack will be available upon request from Kate Oldfield at the WNVCA by calling 01553 760568 or emailing kate@westnorfolkvca.org and partner organisations including Borough Council Customer Information Centres, libraries and King’s Lynn Area Resettlement Support.
